Taken during an upstate New York spring, with snow on the ground, the decorative concrete contractor (who also installs pavers), wanted to show a complex backyard “vision” of a covered outdoor room structure, a back door pergola on a raised patio, and more.  Since they wanted two different views for the customer, the imaging decision made was to integrate a 3D model with a 2D photo and imaging design.

(pop. 3,117), a well-heeled community in San Diego County, wanted a resort-like feel to their landscape, with a strong color palette of greens, oranges and yellows. They love bold curves and contrasting textures, which we incorporated into their vast entertaining area, including covered porches, a built-in curving bar, oversized fire pit, seat walls, raised patio spaces and a 60-ft. pool with fire bowls..."

A homeowner, with a house For Sale, needed a solution.  There is no garage and no off-street parking at the small Bungalow home.  Rather than go to the expense of installing a parking pad, he used imaging choices to “show” the parking possibilities for potential buyers.  Sometimes, imaging projects can be simple, with big payoffs.

lTransforming a Beverly Hills cracked concrete driveway, non-descript walkway, and plain vanilla entry steps and into a tropical oasis with lush curb appeal is the focus of this 2D imaging project.  Steps are a bit of a challenge when the need to be shown close up, and from a distance.
